Faculty should contact the Registrar's office for using a technology classroom as the meeting location of a course. CollegeCalendar@rmc.edu schedules the use of the rooms for non-class events. The only exceptions are the rooms in the McGraw-Page Library. Patrons should contact Emily Bourne (x7302) for using Audiovisual Classroom and the Special Collections Conference room located in the Library.

The Media & Instructional Support (x4711) and ITS (x8500) provide technical assistance. The User's Manual for operating the equipment is posted on the instructor's table or technology lectern in the classroom
