The book and DVD shelving areas will be open during regular Library hours. Users may retrieve and check out materials on their own. A self-checkout station is located at the circulation desk. Staff will be available at the desk for contact-less assistance.
Placing online holds for items in the library's collection is encouraged whenever possible. When you find what you are looking for in the catalog, click the "place a hold button," enter your information then check your email to see when it's ready for pickup (detailed instructions below).
There is a 24/7 book drop inside the main entrance of the library for returns. If you have any equipment it must be returned to the Information desk, located to the left as you come in. If you are waiting for an item to be returned, all items are subject to 72 hours of quarantine after dropoff.
Anxious to read a trending bestseller? Looking for a video to stream? Need general consumer or health-related information? While the McGraw-Page Library has some trending books in its Popular Reading, and ebook collections, and videos in its database collections, your local public library is a great place to find these resources. If you are a student living on campus, apply for a Pamunkey Regional student library card. It's easy to do (be sure to read the hints in this pic) and you will receive your card by mail in about 7 days. If you are a local student commuter, faculty, or staff member, you may also be eligible for a card.
Do your part to stay healthy and on-campus!
