R-MC Resources for Online/Hybrid/In-Person Learning During COVID-19

Introducing the Checklist

When preparing to learn in multiple modes (online, hybrid, in-person, or all of the above), keep these things in mind:

  • There is a lot of support available to you. Have a question or can't get something to work? Ask Us!
  • Your experience of learning in different modes will be different from what you have come to expect from the face-to-face learning experience. But you can still have an excellent educational experience.
  • You will need to be flexible, as things will change and may not always go smoothly as students, faculty, and staff adjust to the changes.
  • Your professor will have a plan for communicating with you, either through Canvas, through email, or using other tools. Plan to engage with your class with whatever tools your professor recommends. If you don't know how to use a tool, or cannot access the tool, talk to your professor ASAP.
