The library database vendor Ebscohost is still not communicating with R-MC’s network. R-MC ITS and the vendor are both working on the issue, but at this point both the root cause and the resolution time remain unknown.
Databases impacted by this issue include Academic Search Complete, ATLA, CINAHL, Communication & Mass Media Complete, Ebsco Ebook Collection, MLA International Bibliography, PsycINFO, SocINDEX, and more. Note that this will also impact access to books or articles found through the “Basic Search” on the library’s website if the full-text of a resource is only available in one of these databases.
Workarounds:
We apologize for the continued inconvenience this issue is causing and will notify you when access is restored.

Ebscohost, a library database vendor, is currently not communicating with R-MC’s network. The vendor is working on the issue and has escalated it, but the issue will likely not be resolved until tomorrow.
