VIVA Open Grants

VIVA, the state library consortium for colleges and universities, is supporting and promoting adoption and creation of open resources, with course grants, resource support, etc.

The VIVA Open Grant program is open to full and part-time faculty at Randolph-Macon College. Grants may fund the adoption of an existing resource, the adaptation of existing open content with new material, or the creation of a new resource.

If you are interested in exploring the possibility of applying for one of these grants, contact Laurie Preston lpreston@rmc.edu to discuss your idea, She can provide assistance with the grant process and the Librarians can help the development of open content.

For an overview of the grants see: https://vivalib.org/va/open/grants.
