Rapid Registration

Rapid Registration

  • Use the Rapid Registration Form located in the black accordion folder to assist with community patron registration.
  • Patrons should be referred to library staff once the form is completed in order to set up an account for check out. This can be done M-F 8am-5pm.


  • All users need a valid ID with address. Some categories require additional documentation.
    • Community Borrower, residing in Virginia
      • High School Students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
    • Hanover County Teachers (Requires HCPS ID)
    • RMC Retirees or Board Members
    • RMC Alumni
    • RMC Affiliates (Faculty/Staff Spouses or Dependents)
    • VIVA Faculty/Staff/Students


  • Community borrowers must pay a $25 registration fee.
